A beginner to advanced course for men and women that requires gym access

Goals

  • 100% fat loss with full muscular retention
  • Strength maintenance at the minimum - substantial strength gain is the norm
  • To smile and nod with confidence after disrobing. (aka - "To Look Good Naked")

Schedule

  • Duration: 12 weeks
  • Starts: April 6th, 2015
  • Ends: June 29th, 2015

Requirements

  • Access to barbells and weights
  • Willingness to count macronutrients
  • A desire to learn to gain and maintain leanness - without cardio
  • Ability to kick ass on a regular basis

Gym access is optimal - but we can meet your needs and tailor make a program to fit almost any lifestyle
Are there any off-limits food?
