A beginner to advanced course for men and women that requires gym accessGoals

- Strength maintenance at the minimum - substantial strength gain is the norm

Schedule
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Starts: May 18th, 2015
- Ends: August 10th, 2015
Requirements
- Access to barbells and weights
- Willingness to count macronutrients
- A desire to learn to gain and maintain leanness - without cardio
- Ability to kick ass on a regular basis
