Overview

Ready to lose fat and tone at the same time in as little as 30 minutes a workout? Full body circuit training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the perfect combination to get you maximum results in a short amount of time!

About the program

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. HIIT is a mixture of cardio circuits using weights and/or body weight exercises.

Now you may be thinking 'high intensity?? What!? I can't do that!', but don't let the term scare you. Every move has a lower intensity modification as a starting point until you can work your way up to a higher intensity. So no worries, I got you!

Benefits of HIIT:

  • High Intensity Interval Training speeds up your metabolic rate, which means you'll be burning fat even after your workout is complete.
  • HIIT workouts can be done anywhere: at home, in a hotel room, in a park, at a gym, etc. And most are around 30 minutes.
  • HIIT appears to limit muscle loss that can occur with weight loss, in comparison to traditional steady-state cardio exercise of longer duration.

At the beginning of the program you will submit measurements and weight, as well as front, side, and back pictures that you will send to me. Every two weeks we will re-measure and take progress pics to see where you are and if we need to tweak anything!

How long will each workout last?
On average each workout will be around 30-40 minutes.
What will the nutrition be like?
Your trainer will give you nutritional guidance once the program starts. Each person is different and has different needs.
How can I track my food?
"My Fitness Pal" is a great app to download to see what your caloric intake and macros should be each day. I use it myself!
Can I do this at both home and gym?
Yes, you can do the routines at either one. There will be options for both!
