Overview
A program designed for novices to discover and engage in a variety of running techniques and simple weight exercise for toning and overall health/wellbeing.
My name is Ed and I'm from Portsmouth, UK. I spent most of my youth in pretty poor physical and mental health due primarily to lack of exercise. In my late twenties I was fortunate to be offered a job teaching Phys Ed overseas (China) which coincided with my decision to make positive lifestyle changes. I am now well into my thirties and am in the best shape ever. I have run marathons and half marathons in locations across the globe and I continue to try and find improvements in my finishing times. My goal as a trainer is to inspire others to make the decision to get - and stay - healthy.
