Do I have to count calories or macros to do this detox?
NO! No counting needed. We'll be paying attention to the content of our food and making decisions based on the content of our food.
Does this mean that I can't have ANY carbs?
NO! Our goal for the detox, is to specifically remove added sugar and the "trigger foods" you identify in prep week. Ultimately, what you eat is, and always will be, up to you!
What if I'm currently following a meal plan?
YES! Unless your plan specifies that you include added sugar (and we hope it doesn't) this detox can work hand in hand with what you are currently doing.
What are the workouts like? What if I already follow a workout plan?
We've included body weight workouts for anyone that wants to boost their results and get moving during the detox. If you have your own plan for workouts- great! Consider these our gift to you and something you can always access for travel days or those times when you just want to switch things up!
