I think this is the longest in a while that I've continued to work out, even if it's only 1-2 times per week sometimes. My food/eating is what I generally do well, so I'm proud of that. I passed my PT test recently with flying colors and it wasn't nearly as difficult as usual, and I know that's b/c I' been more consistent with working out. Now my goal is to continue it even after this class ends -- I'm thinking about a 5k in the fall maybe to keep me motivated. Thanks for all your help!

Hard to believe it has been 12 weeks since I joined this group. I’m very pleased with the results (15 pounds; 2 inches off from my waist, 2 from my hips and 2 from thighs), but more than that, I’ve really enjoyed the process, including the bootcamp workouts, food suggestions and support.
