- Definitely have gotten stronger with doing the military press aka overhead press. Just a few weeks ago I wasn't able to even do one rep at 140 lbs.

- My chest felt like it was ripping from the sternum. I couldn't go past two 80 pound dumbbells. Nonetheless a great feeling and a great workout.
