- Holyshit sherlock, that was as difficult as its ever been for me. Aim was 7 to beat last months heaviest week total and I just managed to lock out the 7th rep, but it was like trying to spurt a cannon ball through my japsai !!

- Decided to go back to the rings for these, and they were chin ups not pulls up .... COME ON FITOCRACY get ring chin ups added, it's just lazy having pull ups and not chins .... ffs :)

- Added a little extra weight, managed all reps with good form except last few on last set, man it were burning after those deads!
