    • Start of my twice weekly widowmaker sets. Starting low, will increase by 5kg each time. Just wanted to do some extra leg work an thought this would be fun. Will stop once I fail to get to 20 reps on a weight, which will probably be in about a months time at around 77kg, as that's my previous pr.
