Captain America presented a nice opportunity to push myself in a big way. I’ve always been fit, but have never been to this point.
Sometimes even the fittest and strongest people in the world feel like they’ve hit a wall with their workouts or reached a plateau that they can’t seem to get past - it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
Ryan, Eric and our colleagues at Drive495 in NYC were given just five months to turn Sebastian Stan (check out that physique above) into a powerhouse capable of taking on Captain America.
About the Program
Strength and conditioning are of paramount importance to us - we work with everyone from actors dealing with gruelling, physical shoots to championship kick boxers and stick fighters. Our workout programming requires you to push yourself HARD, but will result in you feeling more powerful than ever.
So you'll have to hustle hard, hopefully that much is clear. But you won't have it go alone! Action Hero Physique includes:
