- Access to barbells and weights (although we have many members on bodyweight workouts if access is not possible)
- Willingness to count macronutrients
- Ability to kick ass on a regular basis

I found the approach intriguing.
I've struggled with my weight for far too long, and I am either 100% into the latest fad while I eat my 19th grapefruit of the day, or I'm 0%, completely unmotivated because I didn't see immediate progress. This is something different, and it has me engaged, full speed ahead. I'm wanting to do better than the day before. And yeah, I'm seeing progress, even in these early days. I believe the key to success in Jason’s program is his extreme accessibility and teaching approach. He has been super-fast to answer my many questions and his answers are always specific to my nutrition and training situation (desk job, frequent travel, etc). Most importantly, through his instruction, you begin to see that proper nutrition, weight loss and training are not difficult, that there is no magic process and that doing it right is, in fact, very simple and fun.

It's unreal how well this worked. I haven't had my abs since I was 18. And now, here I am, a 33-year old father of 2 kids, and I have the abs of my youth. This program totally takes the complexity out of fat loss. Jason creates a simple eating plan that provides freedom within a structure - and means you're rarely hungry! The weights work has left me feeling stronger, and lifting heavier than I ever thought was even possible for a 5'0 female. I really like how reinforcing this program is, with short reading assignments that support our training and eating choices, as well as the accountability of daily macro check-ins, weekly hangouts, biweekly measurements. I didn't think the accountability would be as motivating for me as it is, but it’s actually incredibly helpful because it keeps staying on track at the forefront of my mind. The workouts are at a level that let me build confidence in my abilities as well.

After Chemo, I Needed Help!

I was a big skeptic about this program; I mean who can eat tons of food, not do any cardio, have more “rest” days than training days and still lose weight?! Jason’s blog totally debunked much of the fitness and nutrition information I thought to be true. I liked that I would be spending less than 2½ hours a week in the gym instead of around 6 hours a week running. As a teacher and a mother of 2 little ones, my days are hectic. I couldn’t believe how much time the workouts saved me and how quickly my body changed. Within a month, my clothes started fitting differently, and I began receiving compliments from friends and family. Jason has been awesome.
